This used PY-D continuous distillation unit converts waste engine oil,
pyrolysis fuel oil, and heavy crude oil into non-standard diesel fuel
with a high yield of 80–90%. The horizontal-type reactor operates at
normal pressure using a hot-air heating method and cycle-water
cooling, making it a reliable, low-maintenance solution for industrial
waste oil recycling. Emission control is handled by a new
DE-sulfurization smoke scrubber system.
