conveying of fiber bales and processing of natural and synthetic
fibers. 1. Bale opener: 1) Bale opener BÖ-KSP 0347, working width:
1600mm. 2) Rod conveyor table FTRY 0502, length: 5700mm, width:
1600mm. 3) Material extraction hopper, working width: 1600mm, pipe
flange: 350mm. 4) AEG extraction fan, type: AM 160 MR 4, power: 11kW,
speed: 1450rpm. 2. Bale opener: 1) Bale opener BÖ-KSP with
Cleanmaster, working width: 1300mm. 2) Rod conveyor table, length:
5000mm, width: 1260mm. 3) Material diverter for feeding into the CMA
or for direct discharge. 4) Cleanmaster (CMA) with infeed, tumbler and
time-controlled discharge flap. 5) TV 300 extraction fan and auxiliary
extraction fan for cleaning the CMA and for wool room extraction. 6)
Control cabinet, year of manufacture: 1999, control system: Siemens S5
with Lauer terminal. Documentation available. The machines are
available between April and July 2027. The machines can be purchased
separately. An on-site inspection is possible.
