Performance & VersatilityThe Decimo H 50/2 applies pre-cut paper
handles to PET bottles. Its two-reel design enables the machine to
hold two material reels, while the automatic changeover function
supports continuous packaging flow when one reel is depleted. The
current configuration is set for 1.5L bottles.This equipment is suited
to industrial packaging operations where PET bottles require an added
carrying handle for consumer convenience. It can be considered for
water, CSD, milk, oil, beer, wine and other packaged liquid or
preserved-product applications where compatible PET bottle and handle
specifications are used.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationThe machine requires a three-phase electrical supply at 400
V and 50 Hz, with installed power of 4 kW. Compressed air at 6 bar is
required for operation. The working table height is 500 mm.The
preliminary layout indicates an overall footprint with dimensions of
3229 mm and 1430 mm, plus a 2230 mm layout dimension. Installation
planning should provide suitable floor capacity, operator access,
reel-loading clearance and conveyor alignment for PET bottle
transfer.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe machine layout
includes access-door swing areas that should remain clear during
installation and operation. Proper machine guarding, electrical
protection, emergency-stop integration and safe access procedures
should be verified as part of commissioning within the production
line. The documented electrical protection-device breaking capacity is
