is offered. 1) Fully automatic Küppersbusch wrap-around
pressure-sensitive labeling machine, type: ETT 5000-V, version for
cylindrical containers with 3-roller system for front and back
labeling, rated output: approx. 1200containers/h, bottle travel
direction: right/left, bottle diameter range: 40mm-80mm, conveyor
length: approx. 2500mm, conveyor width: approx. 82mm, conveyor height:
800mm +/-100mm, Küppersbusch ETT 4301/200 label dispenser, backing
paper width: 30mm-200mm, label roll core: 76mm, max. label roll
outside diameter: 280mm. 2) Küppersbusch infeed rotary table:
diameter: 1000mm, version with V2A stainless-steel tubular frame and
plastic plate. 3) Küppersbusch accumulation rotary table, diameter:
1000mm, version with V2A stainless-steel tubular frame and
wear-resistant, noise-damping plastic plate. In addition, a total of
four rollers for different bottle formats are available. The support
rods of the opposed rollers were shortened for processing bottles with
spray heads. The system was used only in single-shift operation. The
system is available from January 2027. Documentation available. An
on-site inspection is possible.
