The portal milling machine was used for the production / processing of
large-format GRP sandwich panels with aluminium and wood inserts. In
addition, moulded parts were produced in 5-axis operation.
The workpieces are clamped either via the vacuum fields integrated in
the grid table (MDF sacrificial board) or directly on the grid table.
All ancillary units such as extraction, vacuum table and control,
extraction ducts and vacuum pumps are included in the price.
The machine can be viewed under "power" or put into operation by
arrangement. The spindle capacity is approx. 1,180 operating hours.
At the same time, a circular shape test or laser interferometer test
can be carried out by the manufacturer Reichenbacher on request before
dismantling.
