Wine Filling Monoblock Bertolaso UNIBLOC 32/40/8/6 for Still Wine: In
this wine filling monoblock with depression system, the bottles enter
from left to right. The rinser applies a double treatment and has a
mobile nozzle, the filler utilizes slight depression with a
centralized level adjustment system. Two cappers belong to this
filler: an 8 head aluminium screw capper for sizes à 31.5 x 18 and
à 30 x 60 and one a 6 head straight cork corker. It has an hourly
production of 9000 b/h for 0.75 L format in processing on still wine.
This Wine Filling Monoblock is very efficient in the production of
still wine of any density and characteristic. Its valves are patented
by Bertolaso and are very efficient in the production cycle. Accuracy
also meets the ease of disassembly of the valves: therefore this means
more correct and faster maintenance of the taps. In the case of a
sale, we can also offer the option of a completely checked or
overhauled machine; this however corresponds to a longer time to
deliver the monoblock used for Bertolaso still wine. What is included:
Dummy bottles for automatic washing connected to CIP One cork elevator
and one aluminium screw caps elevator for two screw cap sizes. The
layout of the wine filler machine is angular therefore an adequate
