Professional Tridan hairpin bending machine (Hairpin Bender), designed
for the automatic bending of straight copper tubes into hairpin-shaped
elements (U-bends) for the production of heat exchangers, condensers
and evaporators. This robust industrial machine is equipped with an
adjustable bending unit with precise stop, allowing different pipe
lengths and bending dimensions to be processed. The machine is
equipped with a heavy-duty cast steel construction for high
dimensional stability and long-term reliability.
This version is a Tridan International Inc. MB-2-36, equipped with an
adjustable bending head, long guide rail and mechanical pipe clamp.
Thanks to the scale on the swivel base, reproducible bending angles
can be set. The machine is suitable for applications within the HVAC,
refrigeration and heat exchanger industry where hairpin tubes are
produced.
