Combustion chamber with a power output of 900,000 Kcal/h with MOBILE
GRID technology complete with refractory-lined adiabatic
post-combustion chamber, suitable for connection to a drying system
for Bio mass, having the following design characteristics: 3,400 Kg/h
of flue gas at a temperature of 850-950°C .
The combustion chamber is designed and built to use solid wood fuels
and alternatively also liquid and gaseous fuels. The self-supporting
structure with horizontal development built of special steel with a
thickness of 10÷12 mm suitable to withstand thermal stresses with
combustion chamber with a large section completely dry with several
smoke turns for optimal decantation of the dust contained in the
smoke, with combustion chamber temperatures varying from 800÷1,000°C
equipped with doors for periodic cleaning, post-combustion chamber
with high-speed turbulent gas inlet due to the special system of
secondary combustion air injection.
Refractory lining with high alumina content (minimum 60%) made of
refractory bricks U6158834 properly fixed with special anchors and
refractory castings with high insulation density. Insulating cladding
of high-density anti-radiant material with steel infill panels painted
with special paints.
