This machine is a mandrel bending machine that was designed exclusively for the production of pipe bends with pipes of 40 mm ? 90 mm outer diameter with a maximum wall thickness of 20 mm or for processing solid materials up to 70 mm outer diameter (max. section modulus 64.7 cm³) and is therefore intended only for this purpose. Clockwise bending direction ? With hollow shaft to achieve small radii ? Counter bearing rotates ? Rotates up to 180 degrees with a maximum tool radius of 270 mm ? Counter bearing opens wide so that the angle of rotation unit can move just behind the bending tool ? With automatic sequence; one of the following functions can be activated via a key switch. ?
