Overview This isobaric maturation tank was manufactured in 2019 by
Spadoni. It is designed for the isobaric and isothermal maturation of
beverages under pressure, with a working capacity of 1,200L (12 hL)
and a total volume of 1,300L (13 hL). The tank is certified up to 3
bar (PED) and equipped with high-quality fittings and insulation.
