MEYPACK VP 451 tray and wrap-around packaging machine
Fully
automatic machine for packing beverage cans into trays and wrap-around
cartons.

Operating
principle:
The products are fed continuously in multiple rows,
distributed evenly into the lanes of the infeed conveyor using the
accumulation principle, and grouped into the required formation. At
the same time, a flat tray or wrap-around blank is removed from the
magazine and positioned below the grouping station. The servo-driven
lowering station receives the product formation and blank and folds
the blank tightly around the products. A servo-driven indexing chain
then conveys the pre-folded pack through the gluing and compression
stations. The finished pack is transferred to the downstream conveyor
system via a gravity roller conveyor.
