Overview This KHS Innopas P II SG 30-200 is a tunnel pasteurizer for
bottled beverages in glass bottles, built in 1996 by KHS (Klöckner
Holstein Seitz, Germany). With a treatment area of 113.5 m² across 8
treatment zones (3 of them recuperative), it pasteurizes at approx.
24,000 - 25,000 bottles per hour depending on bottle format, at a
maximum pasteurization temperature of 75 °C. For 0.7 l glass bottles
the total treatment time is approx. 48.6 minutes (21.2 min heating,
12.3 min pasteurization, 15.0 min cooling) at approx. 5 pasteurization
units. The main control is a Siemens SIMATIC S5 PLC; the
pasteurization unit setting (temperature diagram) was later upgraded
to a Siemens S7 with touch panel. Danfoss frequency drives are fitted.
The machine ran at a German mineral water bottling plant until
mid-2024 and is now completely dismantled and professionally stored,
with the conveyor belt sections and components palletized - ready for
