Work table with accessories
The automatic sliding system consists of elements such as: a stripping
arm, lateral bases and a central table cleaning system.
The stripping arm allows to position the material in the Y axis and to
quickly push the finished parts to the pick-up field. The lateral
bases (digitally and pneumatically controlled) position the material
in the Y-axis. In addition, individual units can be positioned in the
X-axis by means of two pneumatic pins. The sliding process is
connected to the cleaning process of the working area via central
cleaning systems. The use of the system in a CNC machine has a
definite impact on the efficiency of the production process and
reduces dust throughout the plant.

Extension of the X-axis
The extension of the X-axis (machine door) is required for the
installation of additional machine accessories such as drilling units,
oscillating knives, etc. By widening it, you can increase the reach.
The extension of the X-axis is also a good solution for customers who
are thinking about extending their machine with additional accessories
in the future.
Raising the Z axis to 350 mm
to increase the working distance on the CNC machine. Increasing the
clearance increases the production capability of the machine in the

Pick-up table for finished elements
The pick-up table enables automatic pick-up of the waste material from

processing cycle - it requires the purchase of a system of pushers.
Positioning system

table. Digitally activated and pneumatically retractable steel pins
are a reliable method of placing materials at right angles. They
provide precise and repeatable positioning. The positioning elements
are made of the highest quality steel and are equipped for the rigors
of continuous use.
