STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
The S-series hydraulic presses are specially designed for extraction,
casing and straightening work.
They work with a hydraulic pressure of less than 320 bar, which
guarantees greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.
STRUCTURE:
They consist of an electro-welded structure with four uprights with
open sides.
They are equipped with a movable bed that allows it to be positioned
at different heights. The fixing is done by means of two pins located
at the bottom of the bed.
The raising and lowering system is carried out by means of chains
driven by the press cylinder.
They include two milled support blocks.
We can differentiate them into two models:
• SL models: Side-sliding head, equipped with a manual locking
system and rolling movement.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP:
Double-acting cylinder with chrome-plated plunger and maintenance-free
anti-wear guides. It is equipped with a removable and interchangeable
tamper to prevent deterioration of the plunger.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit.
Glycerin pressure gauge with reading in tons.
Cylinder drive by means of hydraulic lever distributor.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SECURITY:
Electrical installation equipped with motor guard with emergency stop.
