STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
HIDROGARNE hydraulic inserters are designed for insertion and
clinching work, offering robustness, precision and reliability. They
are compact and low-occupy, fully hydraulic equipment that guarantees
precise insertion at any point of the punch stroke.
They allow clinching work to be carried out in thicknesses from 1 to 6
mm and the insertion of any type of insert in materials such as
copper, aluminium, carbon steel and stainless steel. They are
available in insertion powers of 6, 10 and 15 tonnes.
Digital hydraulic inserters are aimed at applications that require
greater process control and precision.
They incorporate integrated software and a 4" touch screen, with a
preloaded library of inserts and work forces, which can be updated and
managed. They allow electronic regulation of the tightening time (from
0 to 5 s) and control of the punch stroke, guaranteeing a precise
stop, especially suitable for soft materials such as fiberglass or
printed circuits.
They have a double integrated safety system with a distance sensor in
the punch holder and operation by double electric safety pedal.
