EvoPac VOLTA WINDOWS window and door wrapping machine was built in
2020 in Italy by EvoPac S.r.l. The machine is used for wrapping
windows and doors of various dimensions with stretch film. Such
protection minimises the risk of damage to the load during transport,
as well as protects it from weather conditions. High performance,
combined with state-of-the-art technical solutions, makes it a great
solution for companies specialising in the manufacture and transport
of windows and doors.
The process begins with the loading of the product onto a turntable
with an integrated roller conveyor. The pneumatic grippers, controlled
by a foot switch, automatically adjust to the size of the product,
thus ensuring high process stability. The stretch film is unwound
simultaneously with the rotation of the work table and the load placed
on it. At the end of the cycle, the EvoPac VOLTA WINDOWS automatically
stops to allow the film to be cut off manually.
The VOLTA WINDOWS window wrapping machine is operated from an
intuitive PLC control system. The control system allows the wrapping
parameters to be precisely defined, so that the machine adapts to
different dimensions and shapes of the product. The total weight of
the machine is 1800 kg.
