We are offering for sale an Automatic Powder Coating Line with full
encapsulation of the production process manufactured by Ecoline.

Additional Information:
- 3-zone tunnel entirely made of stainless steel. The first section is
heated by an external exchanger and equipped with a coalescing oil
separator and bag filtration. Additional equipment includes an
automatic chemical dosing system from Endress Hauser.
- Drying oven with very good insulation with air curtains and hoods at
the exit with temperature regulation.
- Automatic cabin for quick color change, fully made of PVC, with two
platforms for operators to repaint difficult products. The cabin
includes a color center for quick color change, a cyclone for paint
recovery and final filter. The cabin also has two-axis manipulators
and optical gates that read the dimensions of the details.
Manipulators are equipped with automatic Gema applications
- A Cleanroom with an air handling unit and a chiller water unit
maintains constant working conditions in the cabin area throughout the
year. Humidity of 55% and temperature of 22 degrees Celsius, which can
be adjusted. Additionally the entire zone is under positive pressure,
which eliminates the risk of inclusions appearing in the painting
area.
- A very well insulated polymerization oven with air curtains ensures
even temperature distribution over the entire space. Operating range
up to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Post-drying cooling tunnel made of sandwich panels, equipped with
injection and exhaust channels U51258834 thanks to which it is
possible to recover waste heat from the details. It is also possible
to use heat in winter to heat other rooms.
- Transport system equipped with drive groups, automatic chain tension
and automatic chain cleaning and lubrication system.
- 10 automatic guns and 4 manual guns - all electrostatic .Gas Oven -
with exchanger. Additionally, the system is equipped with RFID tags
thanks to which we can monitor the process for each detail with the
ability to read data such as the temperature at which the detail was
fired, parameters of the chemicals in which was washed, etc.
