CORMAK CKT 500x850 CNC turning center was built in 2016 in Poland by
CORMAK. The machine is designed for the precision machining of metal
workpieces with a maximum diameter of 500 mm and a length of 850 mm.
It enables a wide range of advanced operations, such as drilling
holes, threading, and turning of cylindrical, conical and spherical
surfaces. Thanks to its wide range of machining capabilities, the
machine is ideal for the production of precise and repeatable parts
used in various industries.
The CORMAK CKT 500x850 features a rigid design that ensures stable
operation even during intensive use. Workpieces clamped in a 10-inch
manual chuck are machined by means of a spindle reaching a maximum
speed of 2000 rpm and cutting tools placed in a 6-position turret.
Precise positioning and support of the workpiece during the process is
ensured by the tailstock. All machining parameters are programmed via
the intuitive SIEMENS SINUMERIK CNC control system with many useful
functions. The CORMAK 500x850 CNC lathe weighs 3000 kg.
