Extra SpecificationsThis is a stainless steel reactor made by
Bioengineering in 1988. It has a 50-liter capacity, expandable to 75
liters. It operates at a working pressure of 2.5 Bar and can handle
vacuum conditions. The jacket around the vessel works at 4 Bar and
also supports vacuum. Key features include a dished bottom, top
connections (Ø80mm and Ø20mm), and a 20mm outlet. It has a double
Rushton-turbine propeller stirrer powered by a 4.9 kW motor running at
3250 rpm, with a mixing shaft speed of 1083 rpm. The reactor is made
of stainless steel (1.4404 - 316L), mounted on legs, and includes a
switch and switchgear (as is). It measures 0.8 x 0.85 meters and has a
total height of 1.9 meters. For control, it has various controllers
like the SPC pressure controller, SPC pO1 Sequence controller, SPC
Agitation controller, and SPC temp controller. It also features
sterilization automation, a power unit, and a pallet with controllers
