Description of the Behringer HBP
313N
The Behringer HBP 313N is a horizontal double-column
band saw designed for industrial use in metalworking.
The HBP
313N band saw is suitable for the precise cutting of solid material,
tubes and sections made of steel and other metals. Thanks to its
robust construction, hydraulic workpiece clamping and infinitely
variable cutting speed, it is designed for both single-piece and batch
production.
The large working area allows for the machining
of round material up to Ø 310 mm and flat material up to 500 × 300
mm. With a variable cutting speed of 20 to 140 m/min, the machine can
be optimally adapted to different materials. A cooling lubricant
system with a capacity of 60 litres and a band tension of 60 bar
ensure high cutting quality and a long service life for the saw
band.
The HBP 313N is driven by a 4.0 kW saw motor.
Additional motors power the hydraulics, the cooling lubricant supply
and the chip conveyor. The electrical connection is 400 V / 50 Hz,
whilst the control system operates at 24 V DC. With a machine weight
of 1,960 kg and a workpiece support height of 800 mm, the machine
offers high stability and ergonomic working conditions.
