Sample system of a weigh-counting-scale system for counting small
metal or iron parts and packaging them in flat bags. The counting
scale system with vertical form, fill and seal machine is suitable for
small metal products such as nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc.
The iron and metal products are transported by a magnetic conveyor
belt to the weighing and counting system and finally packed in flat
pouches.- Specifications of the packaging system: max. speed of the
machine in neutral: 8 cycles/minute | bag dimensions: max. L200xW300mm
| power: approx. 2kW, 220V, compressed air: 0.2m?/min, 6-8bar. The
system can be extended for counting and packing different products
into one bag. The specifications shown refer to the sample packaging
system. The final machine dimensions and the total price depend on the
required packing speed, the products to be packed, the bag dimensions
