production of sweet butter from cultured and / or sweet cream and is
suitable for hygienic dairy processing applications. The CBM has a
butter production capacity of approximately 3.000 kg per hour and is
designed for an input of approximately 6.000 litres of cultered or /
and sweet cream per hour (38/42% fat, pH of 4,5/4,8 and infeed

combination of the serviced mechanical equipment and new Rittal
control panel with Danfoss variable-speed drives provides
straightforward operation and independent speed control of the main
