cream cheese production (also vegan). Machine bowl with top valve
(DN125) and bottom valve (DN125), lid, frame, side covers are all made
of stainless steel. The bowl is equipped with double jacket for
heating/cooling on the jacket including all valves, 4x direct steam
nozzles for direct injection of (culinary) steam into the product, 3x
double blund knives , max. working pressure in the bowl -1 / 0.3 bar,
maximum temperature in the bowl 95 °C, bowl volume: 300 liters, 1x
valve at the top for the main product, 1x outlet valve at the bottom
for the outlet of the finished product, CIP Spraybowl inside the bowl,
1x connection for pneumatics controlled ingredient valves on the side
of the bowl with valve. Vacuum tank on top. Double-walled lid with
scraper on the wall (electric drive 5,5 kW - 26 rpm) and 2x manual
tension clamps. Main engine for the 3x mixing blades: 380 V - 30 / 45
/ 60 kW - 750 / 1.500 / 3.000 rpm - 50 Hz. Control panel with Siemens
Simatic S5-115 U PLC control. Operating instructions and copy of the
