The SEPRO S5-25 med is a
powerful 3-axis servo linear robot designed for automated part removal
and handling applications on injection moulding machines.
The
robot is in very good technical and cosmetic condition and comes from
a clean production environment. The med” version is specifically
designed for medical manufacturing and cleanroom
applications.
The robot was used exclusively for testing and
training purposes and therefore has very low operating
hours.
The robot is additionally fitted with a Zimmer Group
pneumatic rotation module and a Gimatic QCY90-A Quick Tool Changer
system.
The Zimmer module allows components to be rotated
between defined positions, while the Gimatic system enables quick
changing of grippers or vacuum tooling. These additional features
increase the flexibility of the robot for a wide range of automation
applications.
