Overview  The filling machine Flowmeters 8 was built in 2022 by Polish manufacturer Perunpack. The machine was only tested, is still under power and can be viewed in person at any time.  Technical Details  Capacity: 800-1000 bottles per hour for the 5 l format Machine can fill containers from 150 ml to 6000 ml. Number of filling stations: 8  Diameter of fillers: 16 mm Machine can fill thick products and typical water  Measurement system is based on Keyence flow meters, special flow meters for dosing machines Machine is equipped with a pump with an elastic rotor B51258209 that doses the medium into a B51258209 pressure tank and then onto the fillers. Entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel Siemens control system. Filling from the bottom of the container. Lowering and raising the boom with fillers using a servomotor
