Introducing the DOS SCP210 Dispensing Controller, a high-precision
electronic control unit by Loctite designed for dosing 1K adhesives.
Featuring Profinet and Digital I/O interfaces, it supports up to 100
dosing programs, with control via foot pedal or PLC. The intuitive LCD
menu optimizes user interaction, while the 230V AC power supply
ensures efficient performance.
Integrated with the A220 1C Material Feeding Unit, this system
includes a pneumatic piston pump and patented vacuum follower plate,
ensuring bubble-free dispensing from 20 L barrels at up to 10 bar. It
accommodates media up to 1,000,000 mPa·s viscosity and operates with
6-bar compressed air.
Complemented by the DOS GP-1C Dispensing Head, it guarantees precise,
repeatable outputs. Currently available for order, this dispensing
solution is ideal for industries demanding reliability and efficiency.
