The Comadis 720 A is an automatic tube filling machine, designed
specifically for metal tubes with a maximum diameter of 35 mm. This
linear automatic machine is equipped with a crimp-sealing head and a
tube orientation system, ensuring precision and efficiency in the
filling and sealing processes. The machine features a conical product
hopper with a heating/cooling jacket, located at the top of the unit,
which facilitates a smooth flow of material. The unit is enclosed in a
transparent protective housing, which ensures safety whilst allowing
operators to visually monitor the filling process. Access to the
interior is provided by transparent doors with handles, facilitating
maintenance and cleaning. The control panel is fitted with a range of
buttons and a clearly marked red emergency stop button, ensuring
simple operation and a rapid response in emergency situations.
Inside the housing is a rotary table with multiple filling stations,
which efficiently handles the tubes during the operating cycle,
contributing to high productivity. The machine’s design and the
materials used meet the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical and
cosmetics production environments, making it suitable for use in
