Overview The GAI filler was manufactured in 2022 by the Italian
company GAI. This machine is used to fill sparkling wine into
cylindrical bottles from 0,2L until 1,5L. It is equipped with a rinser
(air or water) 16 nozzles, 24 electropneumatic filling valves and 3
capping turrets (3 capping heads on each turret). Each capping turret
has its own cap feeding and alimentation system. Dedusting unit for
the corks is installed. Integrated overpressure roof with prefilters
and absolute filters. This machine is sold with an automatic CIP and 2
pallets of microfiltration Win&tech. The machine is still in
production and can be visited. The condition of the machine is like
new, as it has only 200 working hours. Technical details Working
