Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W: SLS 3D Printer for Nylon, TPU and Polypropylene

I'm selling a Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W. It's the successor to the Fuse 1 and has a laser that is three times as powerful. This means that it prints up to twice as fast and can process more materials. As with its predecessor, there are no support structures. The powder carries the parts, so you can fill the entire build space with components. The printer fits in a normal workshop or office and doesn't need its own room.

Application

The Fuse 1+ is suitable for functional prototypes, small batches, fixtures and spare parts. With TPU 90A, it prints flexible parts such as seals, handles or dampers. Polypropylene is chemical-resistant and waterproof, which fits housings and containers. Nylon 11 CF is reinforced with carbon fiber and serves as a replacement for aluminum parts in jigs.
