Used AVE monoblock 1-75-24 filling line 30000 BPH - Year 2002Technical
Specifications & Performance DataThis used bottling line is designed
for high-speed handling, filling, capping, inspection and secondary
packaging of PET and glass bottles. The declared maximum line speed is
500 bpm, while individual equipment is rated up to 900 bpm in bottle
handling sections and 800 bpm through the filling, capping and
inspection stages.Declared maximum line speed: 500 bpmContainer
handling: PET and glass bottlesFormats: Mignon 50ml Filling monoblock:
AVE Monoblock 1/75/24 with 75 valves, rated at 800 bpmPrimary capping
equipment includes Zalkin and Fowler cappersSecondary packaging
includes shrink wrapping, bundle labeling, case forming, glue
application, checkweighing and case turningMachine years represented
in the line range from 1984 to 2020Advanced Automation & Control
SystemsThe line combines dedicated bottle handling, cap handling,
filling, closure inspection and reject systems to support controlled
beverage production. Inspection equipment includes a Heuft Basic
BA-R20 unit for bottle-cap and low/high fill-level inspection,
followed by a Heuft pusher rejection unit.Available electrical data
includes a Lanfranchi bottle unscrambler rated at 400 V, 60 Hz and 4
kW. The Tekkra shrink wrapper is rated at 480 V, 60 Hz, 102 A and
3-phase power. The Pearson case former is rated at 460 V, 60 Hz,
3-phase power, 3 KVA and 15 A. The Thermo Scientific Versa
checkweigher operates on 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single-phase
power.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThe complete bottling
line is arranged for bottle preparation, filling, capping, inspection
and downstream industrial packaging. Bottle unscrambling, dumping and
merging equipment supports PET and glass bottle flow, while cap
elevators, cap conveyors and cap sorters provide closure handling
upstream of the capping stations.Machine typeManufacturer /

wrapping and case-packing operations. The 1:2 bottle diverter is
specified for full PET or glass bottles.Machine Condition &
Maintenance HistoryThis second hand complete bottling line comprises
equipment manufactured between 1984 and 2020. The documentation
identifies the individual machines, their principal capacities and
selected electrical nameplate details. The line should be assessed as
an integrated system during installation planning, with particular
attention to synchronization between the 500 bpm line target and the
stated ratings of each individual station.Operational Performance &
VersatilitySuitable for beverage production applications using PET and
glass bottles, this used bottling line combines bottle handling
equipment with a 75-valve filling monoblock, multiple capping
machines, closure handling equipment and bottle inspection systems.
The AVE filling monoblock is rated at 800 bpm, while the Heuft
inspection and rejection equipment is also rated at 800 bpm.Downstream
industrial packaging equipment includes a Tekkra shrink wrapper rated
at 66 ppm, two Videojet bundle labeling units rated at 40 cpm each, a
Pearson case former rated from 12.5 to 25 cpm, a Nordson hot melt glue
system rated at 40 cpm, a Thermo Ramsey Versa checkweigher rated at 40
cpm and an Arrowhead case turner rated at 25 cpm.Installation
Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires coordinated
electrical services matching the individual machine ratings, including
400 V, 460 V and 480 V three-phase supplies for identified equipment,
as well as 120 VAC single-phase supply for the checkweigher. The
checkweigher nameplate also specifies compressed air up to 120
PSI.Site preparation should allow for bottle infeed, cap feeding,
filling and capping, bottle inspection, accumulation, product
diversion and secondary packaging conveyors. Mechanical alignment,
electrical integration and throughput balancing are important for
reliable operation of a complete bottling and industrial packaging
line.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe line includes
automated bottle inspection and reject functions
