Components: mash tun, lauter tun, whirlpool, working platform, CIP system, spent grain container, and wort pump. Brew length: 40hl, min. brew length: 25hl, min. part mash: 12hl, spent grain container volume: 2.5m³, brews: 2, pumps: 4, wort cooling pump type: E-Hygia-Bloctronic I/25b, CIP system tanks: 2, heat exchanger: Pfaduko VT20 LOC.IN, capacity: 26l, max. temperature: 100°C. The system is equipped with a brewhouse automation including Siemens OP37 I5122259 and PROSYT control, but this is defective. If desired, the brewhouse can be purchased at an additional cost with newly installed control, automation accessories, and general overhaul. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
