SSI Schaefer Logimat SLL Vertical Storage Lift
The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical storage lift
that was developed for the efficient storage and picking of small
parts according to the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized
by high storage density and ergonomic ease of use.
Features and Benefits
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the
requested tray to the operating opening, which minimizes walking
distances for personnel.
Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored
items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in a
very high storage density on a minimal footprint.
Ergonomics: The operating opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at
different heights to ensure ergonomic removal. Optionally, the depth
of engagement in the tray can be further reduced, which reduces the
strain on the operator.
Software integration: The vertical storage system is equipped with a
standard PLC controller and can be integrated into customer-side WMS
or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software
solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.
Robustness: The system has two helical racks that ensure robust,
precise and insensitive vertical transport of the tray, even with
eccentric loading.
