Overview This Krones Blitzpac case packer, manufactured in 2003, is
designed for the automatic packing of PET bottles into crates. The
machine is configured for handling of 1.0 l PET bottles, packed into
12-bottle crates. The machine has a stated design capacity of approx.
2,700 crates per hour. Product handling is carried out by a mechanical
/ pneumatic matrix gripper system, which lifts multiple rows of
bottles and places them into crates. The machine is fully enclosed
with transparent safety guarding. Operation is controlled via an
integrated MTS 10 HMI panel, with physical push-buttons and emergency
