Overview This Gernep Soluta 6-720 2SK SD is a rotary self-adhesive
labelling machine built in 2023. It carries two self-adhesive
labelling stations on a 720 mm container table with twelve
servo-driven bottle plates, and runs at a rated output of 11,000
bottles per hour with an adjustable range of 2,000 to 12,000 bottles
per hour. Containers are fed in through a single infeed worm and an
eight-division star, held on servo-driven bottle plates while the
labels are applied, and discharged through the same star pitch. Height
adjustment is electric, the labelling stations and the bottle-plate
drive are servo-controlled, and the machine is operated from a touch
panel with a free-standing control cabinet. Broken-container detection
is fitted, and a VPN router for remote maintenance is installed.
