DECKEL MAHO DMC 63 V CNC vertical machining center was built in 2003
in Germany by DECKEL MAHO Geretsried GmbH. The machine has been
regularly serviced and maintained throughout its entire service life.
As part of the service work carried out, the CNC controller power
supply, the coolant pump in the cooling system and the Y-axis cover
scrapers were replaced. The gripper clamping force was adjusted and a
new spindle covered by a one-year warranty was installed.
The DECKEL MAHO DMC 63 V is designed for precision milling, drilling
and threading of metal workpieces. Machining is performed by a spindle
cooperating with an automatic, 24-position tool magazine. The spindle,
driven by a high-power motor, reaches a maximum speed of 10000 rpm.
The tool measuring probe, together with the readout system supports
correct tool setting, ensuring high precision of the operations
performed. All process parameters are programmed using the intuitive
HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC controller with a range of useful functions.
The wide range of machining capabilities, combined with reliable
components makes the DECKEL MAHO DMC 63V CNC machining center an
excellent choice for both unit and series production.
