Integration CapabilitiesDesigned for insertion into an automatic
production line, this rinsing machine provides an upstream bottle
preparation stage ahead of filling and capping equipment. It handles
glass bottles through a dedicated turret, making it suitable for
industrial packaging and beverage production applications where
hygienic bottle preparation is required. Its documented output reaches
more than 3000 bph for 0.5L bottles, 2400 bph for 0.75L bottles and
1200 bph for 1.5L bottles. The line configuration can be matched with
downstream filling, capping, labeling and packaging machinery
according to the selected bottle format and required production
flow.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryManufactured in 2023, the
Borelli TECNA Line T12 was factory tested by the manufacturer. The
operating and maintenance manual forms part of the machine
documentation and provides procedures for operation, inspection and
routine maintenance. The machine is presented as ready for
operation.Operational Performance & VersatilityThis glass bottle
rinsing monoblock performs a simple sterile-water rinse with discharge
of the used water. Product-contact parts are manufactured in
food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, supporting hygienic handling in
bottling equipment installations. The rinsing process is intended to
prepare bottles before the filling stage in beverage production and
other industrial packaging operations using glass containers.Air
consumption is 100 Nl/min at a maximum pressure of 6 bar, while water
consumption is 130 L/h at a maximum pressure of 3 bar. Pneumatic feed
pressure is specified from 3 to 6 bar.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationThe machine requires an indoor installation in a clean
environment protected from weather exposure and without explosive
atmosphere. Site preparation should provide sufficient clearance
around the 1600 mm by 1420 mm machine footprint and 2200 mm maximum
height for access, operation and maintenance.Operating temperature: 5
°C to 45 °CMaximum relative humidity: 70%Compressed air supply:

feetSafety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe Borelli TECNA Line
T12 is supplied with stainless steel safety panels and transparent
access doors. Its chassis and product-contact components are made from
AISI 304 stainless steel, supporting hygiene-oriented operation in
glass bottle bottling applications. The machine is declared compliant
with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.The documented sound pressure
level is below 70 dB. Safety systems and structural condition should
be checked before commissioning, particularly after transport and
installation.
