The homogensier is equipped with 2-stages with poppet valve cylinder and a MICRO-GAP homogenizing valve assembly which is especially for non-abrasive, low viscosity dairy products. The highly efficient MICRO-GAP valve will enable to operate at up to 40% lower pressure, while giving you the same or better product quality and saves energy and reduction in the machine drive-end loading. Manometer on both stages. Piston diameter: 70 mm. Motor: 160 kW - 380 V - 281 Amp - 50 Hz - 1483 rpm. Oil pumping system inside the machine. Stainless steel cladded. Feetplates available.
