16x16 mm, and 20x20 mm. The applicable sheet thickness range is 0.6 mm
to 1.5 mm.
The forming machine—designated \"I1\"—was acquired from an Italian
steel profile manufacturer in 2002 and subsequently adapted in-house
for the production of the aforementioned steel pipes and profiles.
The line comprises the following components: an uncoiler, a strip
joining table, a strip accumulator, a forming unit, a sizing unit, a
high-frequency generator, a flying saw, a discharge unit, a hydraulic
pump, a control panel, and a set of forming rolls. The line utilizes a
Lenze control system.
