The continuous powder furnace from Royal Gold Industries has been
developed for the efficient and uniform thermal treatment of
workpieces and powder coating curing. With its generous internal
dimensions of 4000 × 1500 × 2000 mm, it offers enough space for long
workpieces, larger components and the simultaneous machining of
several parts.
Thanks to the flow concept with doors on both sides, workpieces can be
conveniently fed and removed again on the opposite side. The
integrated 3 transport rails enable the workpieces to be guided
through the furnace in a structured manner and support an efficient
workflow. The recirculation system ensures an even distribution of hot
air in the interior. With a heating capacity of 45 kW, the furnace is
suitable for professional use in industrial powder coating.
