Universal processing machine manufactured by Marcos Inox, suitable for
the preparation and processing of a wide range of products, including
processed cheese, convenience foods, vegan spreads and confectionery.
The machine is equipped with an electrically driven agitator for
efficient product mixing, featuring a 3.3 kW motor operating at
380–420 V and 7.8 A. The lid incorporates injection ports for the
direct injection of culinary steam into the product, as well as an
integrated temperature sensor for monitoring the product temperature
during processing. The double-jacketed processing bowl is designed for
temperature-controlled processing. The bowl can be hydraulically
tilted to facilitate product discharge. The lid is hydraulically
operated and can be raised to a vertical position, providing
convenient access to the bowl for loading, inspection and cleaning.
The machine is fitted with a simple control panel featuring relays and
push buttons for operating the various functions. The hydraulic system
