1. General Information
The KHS Anker Roland 10 HS is a used rotary labelling machine
manufactured in 2004, with a capacity of up to 12,000 bottles per
hour. The machine is designed for continuous wrap-around labelling of
PET bottles and is suitable for integration into existing filling and
packaging lines in the beverage industry.
Labelling is performed using the hot-melt glue process, with
leading-edge and trailing-edge gluing. For this purpose, the machine
is equipped with two KHS glue units. Bottles are fed into the
labelling carousel via an infeed timing screw and an infeed starwheel.
They are held in position between rotating bottle plates and centring
bells and labelled during carousel rotation. The leading-edge gluing
system enables the label to be picked up from the label magazine,
while the trailing-edge gluing system ensures that the overlapping
ends of the label are securely bonded.
The machine is set up for bottle formats of 0.5 litres and 1.0 litre.
The corresponding format parts and a collection of spare parts are
included in the scope of supply. Typical applications include
labelling bottles containing water, soft drinks and other bottled
beverages. Suitability depends on the specific bottle geometry, bottle
material and label design.
The equipment includes a Siemens S7 PLC control system with a KHS
control cabinet, as well as a Domino laser coding system complete with
extraction unit. The machine features motorised height adjustment of
the labelling carousel to accommodate different bottle heights. The
direction of operation is from right to left.
The labelling machine is in good, well-maintained condition. It was
operated predominantly on a single-shift basis and serviced annually.
At the time of preparing this offer, the machine is still in
production. Dismantling is planned following the end of production,
after which the machine will be available for loading at short
notice.
