Used AVE 16-16-4 filling line, still & sparkling water - 2 PET
blowerTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThis used bottling
line is configured for beverage production in 0.33L, 0.5L and 1.5L
bottle formats. The AVE filling line, manufactured in 2008, is
designed for spring water and flavored water. Its stated capacity
reaches 6,000 bph for 0.5L bottles and 2,500 bph for 1.5L
bottles.Production capacity: 6,000 bph for 0.5L bottlesProduction

Control SystemsThe line combines bottle forming, conveying, filling,
capping, labeling and shrink wrapping equipment for coordinated
industrial packaging operations. The SMF Combi 200 blow molding
machine operates on 3 x 380 V electrical supply at 50 Hz and has an
installed power of 28 kW. Bottle lifters on the filler support stable
container handling through the filling process. The included POSIMAT
bottle handling system, manufactured in 1992, places 0.5L bottles onto
the conveyor belt. Conveyor belts are included to provide material
flow between the available equipment.Production Line Integration
CapabilitiesThis second hand used bottling line supports PET bottle
blowing and beverage bottling, while the AVE filler is also able to
fill glass bottles. The process layout includes blow molding
equipment, bottle orientation and conveying, a rinser-filler-capper
triblock, labeling and shrink-film secondary packaging.Machine

AVE labeling machine handles paper, hot-applied and cut labels. The
AVE shrink wrapper is configured for 3 x 2 packs of 1.5L bottles and 3
x 4 packs of 0.5L bottles, corresponding to 6-bottle and 12-bottle
pack arrangements.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe available
documentation identifies the equipment as a used bottling line with
machines manufactured between 1992 and 2016. The AVE filling, labeling
and shrink wrapping equipment dates from 2008. The line was previously
used for spring water and flavored water production.Prospective
installation planning should account for commissioning, mechanical
inspection, electrical verification and functional testing of each
individual machine before production startup.Operational Performance &
VersatilityThe line is suited to water beverage production, including
spring water and flavored water. It can process 0.5L and 1.5L
production formats, with additional 0.33L mold tooling available for
bottle manufacturing. The filler is equipped with bottle lifters and
is capable of filling glass bottles, providing flexibility for PET and
glass bottle handling.Included mold tooling comprises three sets of
0.5L molds totaling 12 pieces, two 0.33L molds and four 1.5L molds.
The 16/16/4 triblock integrates rinsing, filling and capping in a
compact section of the beverage production line.Installation
Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires suitable space
for the blow molding machines, conveyors, bottle placement system,
filling monoblock, labeling station and shrink wrapper. The SMF Combi
200 requires a 3 x 380 V, 50 Hz electrical supply and has a rated
power of 28 kW.A compressor station and water cooler are not included
in the offer. Site preparation should therefore provide the
compressed-air and process-cooling infrastructure required for the
selected production configuration, together with electrical
connections and conveyor integration.Safety Standards & Compliance
CertificationThe POSIMAT equipment nameplate states conformity with
Ministry of Labour regulations dated 9 December 1992. Safe operation
of this industrial packaging line requires appropriate guarding,
emergency-stop functionality, electrical protection and validation of
machine interlocks during installation and commissioning. For beverage
production, cleaning, inspection and maintenance procedures should be
established for the rinser, filler, capper, conveyors, labeling
equipment and shrink wrapper before the line is placed into operation.
