cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products such as
shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun blocker etc.
Suitable for premade aluminum tubes with closed cap. Fully automatic
feeding, alignment of the tubes (rotation in the mould) based on print
markings as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling,
the tube is air-flushed to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-filling
is also a standard function. Water chiller, batch/date printer and
dosing unit, consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage hopper
with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operation via
touchscreen. Optional at surcharge: heated stirrer for storage hopper,
additional format sets (moulds) for different tube diameters, external
