RAYNERI - COAXIAL TYPE - Stainless steel planetary mixer - 3000 liters

Planetary mixer in 316 stainless steel for liquid, viscous, sticky and pasty products.
Usable capacity from 500 to 2500 liters.

Equipped :
- Double-jacketed tank with a coil for heating or cooling.
- Conical bottom.
- 1 central drain at the bottom of the tank with mechanical valve, DN 50 connection.
- 1 slow mixer with wall scraper.
- 1 plunge stirrer with 300 mm diameter coaxial disperser at variable speed from 299 to 1290 rpm.
- Leak-proof lid with:
- 1 control window with 125 mm diameter lighting
- 1 vacuum breaker with mechanical valve.
- 2 taps with 50 mm diameter valve
- 1 control console.
- 1 electronic thermometer with temperature display.
- 450 mm diameter access hatch.
- Steam or hot water heating in the double jacket with inlet/outlet. Maximum pressure 3 bar at 130° maximum.
- Cooling circuit of the double jacket with water inlet/outlet.
- Vacuum and pressure can be carried out in the tank with needle pressure gauge from -1 to +2 bar
- Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height-adjustable feet.
- Mixer/scraper motor power: 4 kW
- Coaxial agitator motor power: 18.5 kW

Equipped with a stainless steel structure secured for high access to the tank.
