The device consists of: â¢ tank; â¢ removable top cover; â¢ anchor agitator with scrapers (drive power: 1.5 kW, max speed: 39 rpm, min speed: 3.9 rpm) â¢ homogenizing mixer (power: 7.5 kW, max speed: 5800 rpm, min speed: 1000 rpm â¢ two washing bowls connected by a collector with the tanks bypass; â¢ product temperature sensor; â¢ heating medium level sensor (water); â¢ two electric heaters; â¢ manual flap valves; â¢ bypass; â¢ a sight glass with a lighting lamp and a wiper; â¢ double mechanical seal (homogenizing mixer); â¢ inverters for all drives mounted in the control cabinet; â¢ installation supplying tap water to the mechanical seal; â¢ control E4461673 cabinet. The tank is emptied through the drain connection (it is possible to connect other devices, including a filler - possible to sell together). The tank is placed in a vertical position on three legs ended with wheel sets. Power supply voltage and frequency: 400 V, 3~, N, PE 50 Hz.
