Material used: Rampf RAKU PUR 21-2080-1 Component A and Component B
The dosing head has been extended by a Y-slide.

- Pressure monitoring comp. A + B
- Material pressure vessel 50 l for Comp. A
- Level monitoring for component A + B
- Material recirculation up to the dosing pump for Comp. A and B
- Material evacuation for Comp. A
- Vacuum pump 25 m³/h
- Waste bin 60I with pipe
-> The drip trays have been changed to mobile trays.
- Trolleys for waste or flushing containers
- Container frame/machine frame 3-fold
- Work table approx. 1,400 mm x 500 mm with table top
- Pumping station for lid drum component A
- Pumping station for bunghole drum component B

- Precision piston metering pump for Comp. A and B
- EKDP A component 257 cc
- EKDP B Component 64 cc
--> 1 x replacement EKDP A and EKDP B are included. These were overhauled in exchange at Rampf. (see picture)
