2011, mixing head: MK650, output rate: 0.08g–0.15g/s, material: 2K
PU foam, robot travel X/Y/Z: 1000mm/800mm/250mm, max. application
speed at R=6mm: 9m/min, max. travel speed: 20m/min, max. acceleration:
5m/s², table dimensions X/Y: 485mm/700mm. 2) Gasketing and foaming
system Sonderhoff DM 402, year of manufacture: 2018, mixing head:
MK125MP, output rate: 0.5g–2g/s, material: Fermapor, robot travel
X/Y/Z: 2500mm/1250mm/300mm, max. application speed at R=5mm: 13m/min,
max. travel speed: 58m/min, max. acceleration: 10m/s², table
dimensions X/Y/Z: 2x 1200mm/1250mm. Both systems include peripheral
devices and systems for monitoring and controlling temperature,
consistency, mixing, refilling, and other processes. The systems can
presumably be adapted to any mixing ratio – exclusively for
polyurethane. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is
possible.
