1) Twin Vitacount 12-2
The Vitacount 12-1 is the lower cost solution designed for vitamin
applications, yet it combines proven product feed technology with
electronic controls and infrared count heads as used on the higher
specification machines. The 12-1 features 12 product feed tracks. The
Vitacount features an integrated chip and dust extraction system. A
touch screen control panel allows easy access to machine and product
parameters, giving the operator good visibility of the complete
filling process.
The product library can store up to 1000 different set-ups and offers
instant recall of both product and machine parameters.
Vitacount is height adjustable by means of the manually adjusted
telescopic funnel arrangement to allow differing heights of bottle to
be filled and the system offers maximum versatility as product feed
system requires no change parts and is capable of packaging all tablet
and capsule forms.
Vitacount 12-1 Features Include:
- Speeds up to 55 bottles per minute depending on product size and
count.
- Contact parts are designed to be easily removed without the
requirement for any tools
- High speed infrared sensors scanning at 34,000 times per second for
high accuracy counting of all tablets and capsules as well as
transparent soft and hard gelatine capsules
- Integrated chip and dust extraction system
This is an electronic counting and filling system for softgels (or
tablets) in bulk, with an output of approximately 13,000 caps/min. The
Vitacount setup includes 2 bunkers, 2 x 12 counting heads, and 2 x 12
vibrating ducts, all controlled by a PLC and a 12” HMI interface
module.
The entire setup is made of stainless steel (SS 304/316) and designed
to meet GMP standards.
The dimensions of this setup are approximately: 3.0 x 3.0 meters, plus
a conveyor measuring 250 cm x 40 cm.
2) Pharmalift:
The Pharmalift is the ideal bulk feeder for integration with either
tablet counting machines or blister machines.

Pharmalift provides a large capacity bulk hopper at operator level
that will feed on demand to the filling machine. Touch-screen / PLC
control system allows the vibratory feed speed to be optimized for
each product and allows start and stop functions as well as test and
displays machine status and any alarm signals.
Dust and Chip Extraction System Removal Prior to Delivering to Tablet
Counter or Blister Machines
Linear vibratory drive feeds product over perforated section to remove
dust and chips before passing the product in the elevator lift bucket.
When the bucket is filled to correct level with product it is raised
by a pneumatic rod-less cylinder.
