Overview The rotary filling and capping machine manufactured by
Bertolaso in 2022 is currently used for vinegar production. It
features 30 filling valves and 4 capping stations and operates based
on the vacuum filling principle. The machine can be used with a wide
range of shape-stable containers and is suitable for filling
