The whole line is delivered and built up by Sulbana AG Switzerland in 2019 and it is out of production for ± 1 year. The pasta filata cheese line produce products like Mozzarella, Burrata, Kashkaval, Pizza Cheese etc. The capacity of the line is 200 to 800 kg per hour.
